Within the last couple of months the Hot Water Pressure for the kitchen sink and the bath sink and shower, along with hot water to the wash machine has been extremely low. The hot water heater sits on the left side of the basement. The hot water heater was installed a few years ago and it was fine until a couple months ago. All the trouble areas are on the right side of the house or furthest from the Hot water heater. The two bathrooms on the left side of the condo have great pressure.

I have extremely hard water. Could it be possible that there is build up at the shut off valve? I tried to turn off the hot water in the kitchen and shutting off the valve did not stop the water. Before I go and tear apart the shut off valve, I would like to get some advice. Rolling Eyes
