My girlfriends daughter had a tattoo which was a mess, she has been back 3 times to have it put right but it is still a mess. Can she claim damages or demand to have laser wipe or something.

I was hoping when you refered to your daughter that she was younger and that you could then persue an under age/without consent complaint.

Might well be worth a visit to a solicitor and get their comments. Whatever you do don't just ignore it.
