I did check first with the power company,Progress Energy, they advised a electrical equiptment company and they advised look on the inter-net. I have seen recording meters for commercial applications but they start at about $1500.00 and go up. If I knew it would solve my problem it might be worthwhile. Thank you for your reply.

Its not so much being over charged as power being either stolen or induced( see question about induced current). The house had been a rental property for 5 years before we bought it. I have done a lot of improvements both inside and out. Outside I have found 3 underground wires in different locations in the yard that had no power but I couldn't figure out what they supplied. All 3 were fairly new romax three wire lines. So I am not sure if something is going to a neighbors house to grow pot or something, or a old 1950's style bomb shelter that some one left the light on inside of. Thats why I thought a recording meter would tell me if I am showing a lot of powr usage at 2 A.M. it was not caused by something I was using. A 107 kwh daily is a lot of power going to a house that is mostly natural gas appliances.
