Hi
A company has contacted me about being mis sold endowment policies in the past. They want to sue for compensation on a no win no fee basis.
I had two endowments that I cashed in about 4 years ago.
They want the details to see if they think they could win a case for compensation.
Is there a problem with this?
If they take the case and lose, would I have to pay the costs, and what would they likely to be?
Hope you can help
Andy
