Our garage is in an L shape next to our house (with a small gap between them) , if you think of the long part of the L as our house and the short part the garage, on the inside of the L shape is our neighbours garden, We are thinking of asking our neighbour is he will sell us a small area at the inside point of the L (if you see what I mean) to enable us to build a small extension would mean we could access our garage from the inside of our house and give us a utility area. Before asking him we were wondering if we would be likely to get planning permission to do this, bearing in mind we would not be able to have any windows as they would be into the neighbours garden and we would not be able to access the outside of the extension (without neighbours permission) for maintenance. Be very grateful for any advice you could offer.

Thanks Question
