i keep getting a drainage smell coming regulary from my toilet, it frequently blocks up (which i manage to cure with a toilet unblocker). do i need a new toilet??? or is it blocked drains?? how can i diagnose the problem?? would be greatful for any advice you can give

I think you should call out a drainage company and get them to do a cctv survey of your drains. You may possibly have a dislocated joint or crack in the drain. which is holding waste back until the drain acid desolves it. Cool

I would have thought you should lift your nearest manhole cover first & see whats happening there.
