Hi All Mechanics
I have a 2002 Peugeot 406, 2.2ltr which has an electrical fault. The battery suddenly goes flat after only a few days of being recharged. I am fairly sure that the battery itself is not at fault as I have tried a different battery with the same results. Sometimes it takes about 10 days to flatten, other times as little as 2 days after a good run (the alternater is charging at about 14 volts). I've checked that nothing is left on and even tried leaving the alarm off when the car is in a locked garage. It has been suggested that it may be the radio but I have tried a period with the radio fuse removed.

Any help in tracking down the leak would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance.

John M
