Hi, can anyone tell me how one replaces the wire type fuse with mcb.
Step by step instructions would be great if anyone can help.
Where can one obtain these mcb's?.
Someone told me that all that is required is to withdraw old fuse and undo a screw then replace with mcb, is it that simple?
Thanks for any help
Terry

Thanks Vince, that part I understand, it's the other part of fitting the new fuse, when I remove the fuse what do I see and what steps do I take to instal the new fuse, is there something about removing a shield and replacing it with another before I can slot the MCB in.

The new MCB will come with a new shield as the pin configaration is different.
Remove the old shield with the single screw and fit the new one, the plug in the new MCB. Job done.

Turn off fuseboard first as the live bussbar will be exposed.
