After three weeks of reduced flow from upstairs hot tap in sink down to a trickle at full opening, this morning it switched to the bath hot tap about 3 feet away. The sink hot tap is now functioning fine, full flow. I am stumped. Any suggestions for how this might be caused/ cleared? Thanks,

I had tried to force the air out several times from the taps using hoses, covering the water flow etc ... however, using a sponge to cover the end and forcing the issue worked first time! I am confused as to how this air lock managed to move from sink to bath tho ...
