My bath mixer tap has a shower attachment - and whenever one of the hot taps in a bedroom is turned on, the hot water flow through the shower is reduced and the water temperature drops sharply. Is the answer to put a pump on the feed to the mixer unit? I have recently had a new, larger, cold water storage tank installed. Generally, the pressure on both hot and cold is good.

Thanks
