I have a dormer bungalow and am putting an en-suite in the loft conversion room (or trying). The hot water tank is in the house and the boiler is in the basement. I have bought an electric power shower with hot and cold feed, however there is no hot water feed at present and gravity flow apparently won't go higher than the tank??? I'm told I need a pump ?? The max input on the shower is 1 bar and appaerently needs to be equal for H & C.. Any suggestion please..

yup apparently is one of those basic rules of physics, so I'm told.

Flows downhill though no problem.

As I am putting a shower in level or slightly higher than my tank do I need a neg flow pump or a standered
