Hello
I saw a amber helix thermostatic shower with a diverted to a overflow/tap in a showroom. The advantage been that I would not need to fit any bath taps in my shower bath.what is the word on the street about these products?
It need a 2 bar pressure.I had planned not to use a shower pump as I already get good pressure from the header tank in my loft.So how might I gauge how much pressure I am getting already?.Any advice would be gratefully received

thank you

Foxy,
You will find that with a gravity-fed system in an average 2-storey dwelling, the pressure won't be anything like 2 bar. Probably more like 0.2. You can measure it with a gauge (although I'm not suggesting that you buy one).
I'd strongly urge you to seek professional advice with your installation, because you will need a pump if you are planning to use a high-pressure fitting on a gravity supply. There are other matters to consider too, such as electrical conformity.
Wink
