My hot water tap runs cold unless I have the full system operating. The Baxi combi boiler is about two year old. Is this something to do with water pressure?

Please read the post above entitled 'Before you post read this'!!

Remember you can see your system YOU know what model boiler you have WE HAVE NO IDEA!!

Please give at least a bit of basic info.

Baxi 2year old - that narrows it down to around a dozen or so!
