| i have a baxi wall hung system boiler heating 6 rads and a towel rail with microbore, and indirectly heating the dom.hot water. the problem is that after draining the system and changing the rads, i have been encountering air building up in the upstairs rads and have bled them several times!! there is a clunking banging sound coming from the cold feed pipe where it joins the flow leaving the boiler and i presume this is the air being drawn, or circulating. i have also taken the bleed valve from the pump and let it run for a while, in hope that this will exclude any air pockets on circulation however the problem still returns. the rads have been upgraded so there is a larger volume of water in the system now, but the boiler is still working within its capabilities. any advice??? |
