My boiler is a Worcester Bosch Highflow 400 RSF which provides hot water ok, but no CH, even though firing up and making the right noises. Previous posts about this kind of problem point to the diverter valve, so I stripped that down expecting to find a faulty diaphragm, but all seemed well. One thing though, I couldn't get a dc resistance reading though the coil although the control board is giving out 240v.

With your experience, would you still suspect the diverter valve? I also have water coming out of the expansion vessel air valve, so it looks like that's shot too! Any help would be much appreciated.
