Last summer I laid new lawn in my garden (on a SLIGHT slope), however after all of the bad weather recently I've noticed that I have some brown muddy soggy patches near the bottom of the lawn. :(

Also the 'border' which is only soil at the moment (no plants) is very muddy and squidgy. I know that this is probably due to poor drainage, but there is nothing that I can do to help that as at the base of the sloping lawn is a small wall holding up the soil!

If anyone can offer advice it would be much appreciated!!!
