| I have an old potterton netaheat profile boiler that keeps triping the reset button i have recently changed the grunfos pump on the system but it seems to be a intermittent problem sometimes it stays on then another time it tripps after ten minuites it does not seem to want to work with the room stat so i have the stat turned up fully ... any help would be great thanks... |

Tripping is invariably an circulation problem.
If you are sure the pump work all the time then check any motorized valve, check the header tank has water in it. after that suspect the system is sludged up.
Please remember the netaheat is an dangerous boiler if you are not competent. |

| Thanks thats a help because i know there is a lot of sludge in the system from when i drained it once thanks again |
