I have just installed a new kitchen faucet. It is a single unit that pulls out to spray. It is an Italian brand, Rivo. The problem is that the aerator doesn't seem to work. It is not plugged, but there appears to be a lot of lubricant in the faucet itself. If I take the faucet off the unit, the flow rate is fine, so the problem is not further down. I have no instructions about how to take the faucet apart to clean it out. Any suggestions? Will the libricnt eventually dissolve with use? thanks

alot of times there is an inline filter on the pull out hose under the sink. your problem might be there.
