| I wonder if anyone can help me, please. Earlier a bulb blew upstairs and, although I have reset the circuit breaker, I still have no lights upstairs. |

Try turning the breaker on and off a couple of times, right down and then right up.
What make is it?

Then it is an old Ashley board.
You need a tester or somebody with a tester to see if there is power coming out of the breaker.
