If I was to receive an injury at work and I applied for compensation, how would my claim be viewed if I had had a similar injury:
a. in the past, before I worked at my present place.
b. had come back to work before it was properly healed, telling my employer I was ok.
c. had a history of not telling my employer when I had an injury.
Thankyou for your time

I'm not an expert and you need to consult with a Solicitor, there's loads on the band wagon doing it for free.

Basically it will depend on;

Your existing injury being a governing factor.
Negligence by the Company or their employees.
Recklessness by yourself.
Lack of Training/supervision
or,
An genuine accident

And many more
