Hi,
I'm retrofitting an old TTL logic board. It has a NAND gate (54LS00) output going into a non-inverting buffer (5407). The NAND output is normally low. I want to connect a spare inverter (54LS14) output to the same buffer input. The inverter output is also normally low.

When the inverter output goes high, will it pull up the NAND output enough to drive the buffer high? Likewise, When the NAND output goes high, will it pull up the inverter output enough to drive the buffer?
Thanks! SparkyDS
