I seem to be able to get hot water on demand from all of taps in the house all apart from the bath! The shower works, the bathroom and kitchen taps both have hot water also - but the bath only ever has luke warm water - please help as i desperate for a bath!!!!!! Shocked [/b]

there may be something blocking the hot side of the tub faucet cartridge. There are many different type of tub and shover valves and cartridge. Turn the water off to the home and try replacing the cartridge first. if that does not work, the shower valve might be slightly blocked. to clear this. pull the cartride and blow into the where you pulled the cartridge. turn the water off to the home first Very Happy .
