When running multiple circuits inside a single conduits must you run a neutral and ground for each circuit? If more than one circuit share a neutral or ground how do you size these conductors compared to the hot wires.

The nuetral carries the imbalance of the load and can be shared if the circuits are different phases... unless you are doing a non-residential bigger job I would recommend against it.
