Recently our radiators and hot water seem only to be able to manage a luke warm temperature (the whole radiator is the same temperature not patchy). This problem has occured in the past month, before we had a decent temperature for both.

We have not modified any of the central heating system. I have turned off and on again three of the upstairs rads for painting and recently bleed and tried to balance them in an effort to cure the situation but both seemed to make no difference.

We have a Myson Apollo gas boiler and have not noticed any abnormal sounds / changes. This also applies to the pump which is a Grundfos Super Selectric. The central heating system has microbore pipework and we live in a hard water area (don't know if this helps?)

Anyone any ideas?

Many Thanks in advance for advice....any advice....:(

Hi
Is this the one with a 'High' 'Low' switch for tempreture control?

If so it could be that the high temp. stat has failed.

Cheers for the speedy reply, yes we have the high low switch.
Any ideas of what replacing the high switch entails and rough costings?

Si
