I have a double whammy here!
My ex-wife and her neighbour both have a vokera linea 24 combi-boiler.
Both are experiencing very similar hot water problems.
The water runs warm then cool on all taps in the system.
Have had gas and water pressure tested and all is ok.
Could be coincidence that both are doing the same thing.
My ex definately has a slight leak in the heating side as the filling loop occasionally needs topped up. The neighbour recently had a radiator temporarily removed whilst redecorating. Could the problem be related to any of this?
A further symptom on my ex's system (but not the neighbour) is that when trying to run hot water the pilot light ignites and extinguishes every 4 or 5 seconds yet stays on when running the heating. There is no pilot light problem with the neighbour's boiler.
Any help appreciated, thanks. |
