Hi, I have inset spotlights in our dining room with halogan bulbs. These were installed by the previous owner
This probably sound really stupid but me and my hubby can't seem to get the bulb out to change it! Can just about see two small metal things on either side of the bulb but can't move them or the bulb.
How do we do it? |

If it is the circlip type then just squash the 2 ends together with your fingers and remove the ring, the lamp/bulb should then jusy come down.
If not then a pic would help.

How do we do it? | Sounds like it could be a Snaplite fitting look on there website www.snaplite.co.uk there you will find instructions to change the lamps under home owners section. If the spring is tight just insert a small screw driver into the small slot on one side and ease the lamp assembly out. |
