Hi.

I met my current partner about 3 years ago. We both had our own properties. When we decide to move in together, I sold my house and moved in with her. Then after about 7 months, we bought another property, moved into it, and rented hers out. That was a year ago last June. We're now looking to sell her property, but obviously want to avoid paying Mr Brown too much (capital gains) tax. What's the best way to legally pay nothing, or very little?

Cheers

Neill
