I have just checked the MET and see that the bonding to the gas inlet is 16mm whilst the water is somewhat less than 10mm. No obviously I need to uprade the water bonding, but to 10mm or 16mm?

Unless they changed it again, which wouldn't surprise me, the gas is 10mm

10mm is the norm for gas and water.
They are to be bonded to within 600mm of the stopcock on the customer side or where they enter the building.
