Looking for some info please. Was at court this morning involing a neighbour who was being charged with breach of peace. Changed their plea to guilty. on questioning outcome of guilty plea was informed that said neighbour had been admonished. Can anyone explain this to me please?

It means a slap on the wrist, a warning/caution.

Does this mean that she has got off with it or will the guilty plea go on her record? Don't understand how she can plead guilty and basically get a slap on the wrist? We had cctv footage to back this up.

This time she got away with it, A caution, can mean many things and depends on what conditions the Judge included in the caution.
