Hello all, I need to level a bathroom floor. I will use self leveling compound to do this. I have never used this before and would appreciate it if you could give me some tips on what is the best and safest way to go about doing the work. The floor is about 3 m2 and there were some old tiles put down before. Thank you

Follow the instructions Rolling Eyes

Mix the powder into a fairly runny paste and spread over the floor with a float.

Leave and wait for it to dry.

A mask maybe handy as it stinks Laughing

thanks for that, what is the best thing to use to stop the compound overflowing at the door? How long before I can tile on to the surface?
Thanks

It just does Laughing

Drying time depends on temperature, airflow and weather.

Allow at least 48 hours
