Room sizes Wink

I am hoping to have a house built in the near future and I am interested in sizes of rooms.

I want to do some B & B and have at least 1 room disabled friendly. I want to have a go at designing the house myself and then go to an architect but I cant find a web site that gives me good info - there are some US sites but they are all in feet, I need metric.

is there a legal size for rooms?

What is a good size for a double/Twin room with built in wardrobes and what size can the ensuite be. Im looking for an average. Not the new build size of match box!

Thanks

Carly
