A friend (no, really) is likely to be charged with downloading warning. The police have seized his computer and he is waiting to see what they will do. I'd like to help him if I can and he has no money at all. Can you advise me how I set about finding a lawyer prepared to defend him if he is brought to trial. I had been hoping that the authorities would have more sense but the Chris Langham case has made this seem less likely.
