Its a wool shed in New Zealand Laughing

Probably the wrong answer Rolling Eyes

Woolaway concrete construction homes fall within the classifications relating to Precast Reinforced Concrete. Precasting is used to produce standard concrete products under factory conditions. The moulds are purpose-made, often incorporating vibrators to compact the concrete. Units may be cured under normal environmental conditions or by accelerated methods. Pre-tensioning may be used to produce prestressed units. Mortgage Solutions can obtain a mortgage or remortgage on Woolaway construction properties such as a house, flat or bungalow even if they appear on the defective list. You should be aware that as Woolaway concrete homes are of 'non traditional' construction, the interest rate applied for your mortgage or remortgage can be slightly higher than those of traditional builds. Please bear this in mind when applying for a mortgage or remortgage for a concrete home, house, flat or bungalow. For more information on a mortgage or remortgage for Cornish Block 1 and 2 concrete construction properties.

In that case be carefull, a lot of the early build have a problem with the steel reinforcing rusting out and cracking the concrete.

You need a good surveyor
