i was wondering if it was posable to tlie straight on to bonding? or sould the wall be skimed before tiling?

Depends how flat and even the wall is, thats normally the only reason to render the walls

I ment to ask will tile adhesive hold to a scratch coat of plaser? or sould i aply a finish first? thanks

You can virtually tile on anything provided it's dry
