I have old plastic pipes under my kitchen sink. While replacing the countertop, one of the drains split, but I can't get the rest of it off. I don't know if cement was used to put it on, but I can't use my sink right now. It is the elbow piece that split.

I would replace the plastic pipe from the basket strainer '' chrome 3 inch drain in the sink basin'' to the tail piece '' the plastic pipe comong out of the wall''.
