i have ben divorced for 6 yrs now and have paid for my children all the time
my question is that my eldest is now 18 yrs old but still in fulltime education so at what age do i stop paying my maintenance for him

if the child is in full time education and under 19 (i think) then you still have to pay, otherwise you dont.
