I recently upgraded from Norton 2006 to 2007. Since then I have been unable to connect to my Uni VPN unless I turn off the firewall!
I have tried adding the VPN IP Address to the trusted list but this made no difference.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this.
Not too technical unless full simple instructions included!
Norton couldn't manage it when I had online chat with them!

I also upgraded to 2007 and am not impressed one bit no antispan either which is a big pain.

I have the 2005 internet security on the laptop and its far superior to 2007.

Don't know the answer to your problem but we have a few experts who may be able to help.

You can add on the antispam and other bits using the Add On Pack.
