| Dorran concrete construction homes fall within the classifications relating to Precast Reinforced Concrete. Precasting is used to produce standard concrete products under factory conditions. The moulds are purpose-made, often incorporating vibrators to compact the concrete. Units may be cured under normal environmental conditions or by accelerated methods. Pre-tensioning may be used to produce prestressed units. You should be aware that as Dorran concrete homes are of 'non traditional' construction, the interest rate applied for your mortgage or remortgage can be slightly higher than those of traditional builds.
