A potentially serious problem that should be checked out immediately.
It could mean the kidney's aren't working as they should.
Causes include;
Trauma, and or cancer, collapsed lungs etc.
See your Doctor and asked to be refered to a specialist.
In the meantime drink plenty of water and cut down on the protein intake.
