I am having trouble with a Glow-worm space saver 38 balanced bioler. The pilot light kept going out so I replaced the thermo coupler. This worked to keep the light on longer but it still goes out. There is an adjustment screw for the pilot light but adjusting this has little effect apart from adjusting the hight of the pilot. There seems to be no logic to the performance, sometimes it stays on all day then the next day its on and off all day. Sometimes the pilot goes out when the timer switches off, it appears that the pilot light hight goes down when this happens.
