I am looking to have a new detached garage built. It will have a pitched roof, window and door to the side, plastic fascias and guttering, tube lighting, 2 double wall sockets and 2 light switches and not forgetting an up and over door.

Dimensions : 6435 long x 3296 wide

How much should this cost me to have built?

I may even have a motor fitted for the garage door.
