Does anyone know how much it would cost to put in NEW pine velux windows (2ft x 3ft) into:

1. 2 in the loft, cut one beam and make new hole
2. 2 where it is plaster, cut thru plaster, fit window and make good plaster

Meant to say: How much it would cost to get a roofer to do it all and how long?
