Hi,

can any one give me a rough estimate on how much a new build 4 bed-room house would coast in birmingham??

i am not expecting a price to the dot but just a educated guess!!

How longs a piece of string, someone built a 4bed a while back and if I remember it cost them 100k excluding the land.

There used to be a guide, so maybe a google search will throw up something, for example £50 per sq foot
