Hi,

I a plug board with two sockets running from an outlet on the wall of my living room. I normally plug a lamp and my wirless router plug into this board.

This morning I removed both items and the plug board made a huge bang and a spark came out ....I have opened the plug board bit and it's fried.The plug that goes into the wall seems fine.

Is the problem the board or the wall outl;et?
