I am moving back to the US shortly and I would like to take a steam cleaner that I purchased here in Germany back with me. I have a German colleague that moved to Canada and is using various German appliances there and he says it was no problem. Is it possible in the US?? I purchased a German outlet plugin that (if possible)will be wired into our house. Now I am reading about possible shock problems. I sure would appreciate any help or advice before I go and do something stupid upon my return...
