Hi I hope someone can advise me.
All of our radiators are running off 10 mm pipes to the radiator. I would like to add a new run of pipe which will service 2 new radiators. (one of them will be about 10 m along the run and the other will be about 5m along the run)
It is a standard 2 pipe system
The question is am I okay to run 15mm pipe from the existing 10mm pipe or should I put in 10mm pipe for the new pipe? Does it make any difference that I want to put thermostatic radiator valves on the new radiators? The radiators will be 2.5m x 300m double and 2.0m x 300m single?
Someone once told me that you shouldn't mix 2 pipe sizes when you use thermostatic radiator valves - is that correct?
Thank you in advance
