We have a new business office for which I have picked neutral tones of brown - carpet, paint, tile, etc. I had planned to go with a very neutral tone stain for woodwork and am very happy with the look - but - the company purchased 6 large desks (great deal from a company going out of business)which are a very red tone of wood. Do I go for a "redder" tone of wood throughout the office or stick to my neutrals and forget blending with the desks? Starting over with picking out carpet, paint and tile will hold up the project which is behind already. Suggestions?
