| hi i have had a new boiler fitted with the help of eaga) they fitted the boiler but they didnt fit a new pump to the system this has caused my heating to overheat and it bangs really loudly and the pump and valve box are very hot i think i am being treated 2nd class because i am with eaga the result is i am very nervous in my own home and feel very stressed i feel the company who fitted the boiler just dont care and wont send a plumber out can you tell me what rights i have? because i cant handle the stress anymore thank you very much kim |

And no I'm not a Lawyer.
What boiler was fitted and did it conform to part L of the regs, was the system flushed after the install.
You have several options, if the install is unsatisfactory then visit the Corgi Web site.
