We live in a 3 level split (no basement) as water levels are too high.
On the bottom floor which is ground level we have discovered water seeping up through the floor. There are no water pipes in the vicinity, no drain pipes in the vicinity. The walls are dry, the water is clear with no odor. It is a slow seepage through the floor which was laid 9 years ago. This is the first time with any problem. Any suggestions as to what it could be?
The house is 35 years old, built on a floating slab with a concrete apron around the outside. |

Don't know, not really a plumbing problem perhaps.
Sounds more like the damp proof membrane has gone, a word with a builder may be best. |
