On a s plan heating system two upstairs rads become warm when only the hot water is on , could this be a faulty two port valve?  |

Possibly, but it could also be a system design fault.
Can you give us more details on how the valves (make/model), pump etc are piped up, as well as system information, e.g. sealed or open vented etc.
A photo or two may be handy |

Honeyell two port valves, grunfoss pump , open vented system.
A new boiler has recently been fitted and i am told thse rads did not get warm before the boiler instalation.

Make and model of the boiler.
Has a by-pass valve been fitted and where.
What alterations were made when connecting the new boiler. |
